I've had malocclusion since I was young, so I went to dental clinics, but I was often told it would be difficult with orthodontic treatment alone, so I had double-jaw surgery. I really think it was a great choice haha. The malocclusion is gone, the asymmetry has been corrected, and my jaw has moved back, so I'm living a new life!! It's been 6 months since double-jaw surgery, but I was really worried about inflammation or the bones not healing properly, and thankfully she said they had healed together very well haha. When I woke up in the morning, the swelling used to be severe, but these days the swelling has gone down a lot, and now I think only minor residual swelling remains~
And as for food, I'm eating everything well without avoiding anything haha. People I haven't met in a while compliment me a lot, saying my face has gotten smaller and slimmer, so it does feel nice lol. I'm writing this review because I hope it will help patients with cases similar to mine. I hope everyone gets double-jaw surgery and lives a new life!!!
