When I thought about doing it again naturally, I feel like no-implant rhinoplasty would be the best option But I saw comments saying it could sag later, so I’m worried I’m trying to redo it because my nasal tip is drooping.... For now, I’d at least like to get consultations about what would be best, but the clinics here don’t just push silicone during consultations, right? I’m looking at ㅁㅌ and ㅇㅂㄹ. One place seems more famous for custom implants, but how is it? Any info from people who had surgery for nasal tip drooping
