After<Facial contouring day 15 makeup photo>AfterAfterAfterAfterAfterAfterAfterBeforeBeforeIt’s been about two weeks since I had facial contouring! On the day of surgery, I wasn’t too nervous and just had the surgery in a daze and came out, but it hurt more than I expected? I think it was worse because my constitution doesn’t respond to pain-free anesthesia either. But the nurse was truly so kind, wiping my saliva all night and going to the restroom with me, and I was so grateful. Maybe she’s an angel? Anyway, after getting through the big hurdle on the day of surgery (people who say surgery didn’t hurt are seriously amazing..), there was pain until day 3, and after that it became uncomfortable because of swelling. Until one week, I only ate things I could drink, so I lost a lot of weight. After getting through the hardest period of about a week, it became bearable? I didn’t have to wear the compression band while sleeping anymore, and removing the cheekbone stitches didn’t hurt at all! But then I got scared about removing the stitches in week 2. I saw reviews saying it hurt a lot, even more than the facial contouring surgery, so honestly I went in really nervous?? For about 3 days before, I kept looking only for stitch-removal reviews lololol. I went to the hospital, did the anesthetic gargle, and they removed the stitches, and it just felt a bit strange, and just when I thought, “Oh, this stings?” it was over lololol. It was almost embarrassing how nervous I had been.. After removing the intraoral stitches, I could brush my teeth and eat spicy food, so it was so nice. If I cut food into small pieces, I can even eat thin-sliced pork belly pretty well now.. The bruising went away really fast, so now it’s gone, and sensation in other areas has almost all returned, but the chin tip has come back about 30-40%? So it still feels very strange. When I visit the hospital and get radiofrequency and pack care, the swelling definitely goes down a lot. The teacher’s touch makes me so sleepy.. They’re really good at aftercare. And I had something to wear makeup for, so I put on makeup in week 2, but it hurt a bit when applying cushion foundation. But the amazing thing is, I don’t contour my jaw anymore lololol. I’m just so satisfied. My eyes seem bigger too, and even if the wind blows and my hair is all swept back, no problem! You’ll know just by looking at the before photo. In the past I was busy covering it, but now I don’t care whether it shows or not. There are still many uncomfortable things, but I’m so happy, amazed, and satisfied every day that I look in the mirror 1,882,833 times a day
