I wanted bone-thin arms, but the director honestly told me that because I also have a lot of muscle in my upper arms, bone-thin arms would be difficult, and I had heard that removing a lot is not always a good thing (I saw reviews saying it could sag as much as was removed), so I trusted the director and left it to them. (Since I was already lying down, I also did my double chin,,) I’m very satisfied with the result
