The directors are kind and listen well. They tell you what improvements are needed, and if you ask about things you’re curious about, they listen and explain everything well, but I think the manager needs to be a bit kinder. Even when I went after making a reservation, the wait was so long that I ended up sleeping. They made me wait and said they were sorry, but their expression didn’t look sorry.
