I once went for a consultation about rhinoplasty without an implant. After a CT scan, they gave me a detailed consultation, and they said that if I booked right away, there would be a big discount. That did feel a bit like pressure that wasn’t exactly pressure. I don’t find it hard to refuse things like that, so I left without feeling upset.
