I had buried-suture double eyelid surgery 10 years ago, and after diligently going around for consultations, I had revision surgery here. I decided on surgery because it came undone and became an inner double eyelid. Other places recommended ptosis correction or canthoplasty, but only the doctor here gave me a convincing explanation and said we should do only buried sutures. I thought about it too, then decided to trust the doctor and go ahead with surgery. Unlike other clinics, they looked at both eyes at the same time and considered overall harmony, and I realized for myself that if the line were set to the degree I had in mind, it would look awkward on my face, so it was easier to decide. I went for a follow-up after one month, and one side was set a bit thicker than I expected (about 1 mm). The doctor noticed it right away too and said that if I was concerned, they could revise it immediately, but suggested watching it a little longer, so I decided to do that. We talked about watching it until the three-month mark, and if it stays the same, slightly lowering the line. As a result, the current asymmetry does bother me a bit, but the doctor is so kind and meticulous that I think I can trust them and wait, so I don't regret the surgery. If I later get under-eye fat repositioning, I plan to do it here.
