Hehehehehe, before-before-before First, the reason I decided to get arm liposuction was that I had a lot of fat only on my arms, so I looked bigger overall, and when I wore sleeveless tops or things like that, the fit of the clothes looked really bad. But upper-arm fat doesn’t come off easily, so after diligently researching online and going around for consultations, I ended up having surgery! First of all, on the day of surgery I was really nervous, but once it was over, it was actually no big deal. For me, the pain was the worst on the first day, and I think the swelling and bruising were severe until day 5. After one week, the bruising and swelling gradually went down, and by around day 10 the bruising was completely gone! Right now, because of the firm scar tissue, I only have some tightness + pain, and I don’t think I have any bruising or swelling. First of all, I can see the before-and-after difference right away, so I’m really, really satisfied. The things that stressed me out the most were how my arms bulged out to the sides when viewed from the front or back, and the accessory breast tissue, but after liposuction my upper arms became completely straight. The accessory breast tissue is gone too haha. Now winter is approaching, so honestly I won’t really have chances to wear short sleeves or sleeveless tops, but I’m going to combine it with dieting diligently and confidently show my arms next spring and summer. As for dieting, for now I’m just lightly managing it by walking short distances, not eating much late at night, and avoiding snacks. I’m leaving this in case anyone is curious: before surgery, my stats were about 163 cm / 54-55 kg, and now I think I’m around 52-53 kg. I originally got down to 51 kg, but I gained weight from eating a lot while traveling ... lololololol. I’m going to diet hard again!!
