My first surgery for a bulbous nose was done here without an implant. At first it was really pretty, but over time everything drooped + I ended up getting rhinitis too. Still, the director is truly kind and treats you well, but the consultant was a bit so-so. I also felt like there was a bit of a power struggle. But in the end it drooped, so I had revision surgery somewhere else. The director is truly nice.
