I don’t have much fat in my eyes, and I already had double eyelids originally, so I got incisional-suture double eyelid surgery in 2019 and had been doing fine. Then one side came undone early this year, so I had incisional-suture revision surgery at the same hospital, and now I’m 5 months post-op.. I thought the swelling was going down way too quickly compared to back then (after the first surgery, the residual swelling lasted 6 months to 1 year, but now it’s already all gone), and it seems like the side that came undone before has come undone again.. I don’t even have a lot of fat in my eyes, but is incisional-suture still 99% likely to come undone..? Should I try again with a partial incision?
