My mom always told me to get surgery done in Seoul, but now I'm wondering if I really need to go all the way to Seoul for this lower eyelid fat repositioning too. When I read posts people wrote in cafes, they say there aren't any places in Daegu that do lower eyelid fat repositioning and still recommend Seoul or Busan. Is that really true?? I thought it would be enough to just look around the Daegu area.
