I got underarm laser hair removal, which is said to be the hottest thing in summer..!!!!
I had always removed hair only with a razor(?) or hair remover(?), so it irritated my skin a lot, and I got so stressed when it grew back like pencil lead after not much time had passed. So I thought, should I try it? I looked it up, and the price was so cheap and it seemed like there was no pain at all, so I decided to ask around to see if anyone near me had done it.
I had never had this kind of procedure in my life, so I asked people around me, and seriously, eight or nine out of ten had all gotten underarm laser hair removal, and everyone was so satisfied that I immediately started looking around here and there.
What acquaintances said: “Since you have to go once a month, the best place is a clinic that’s close and cheap.” I found a place closest to home that made me wonder, could there really be anywhere cheaper than this..? and got it done there!
When getting underarm laser hair removal, the procedure is difficult if you don’t remove the underarm hair beforehand, so they told me to shave in advance the day before, and I went after shaving cleanly haha
I bought a 10-session package and received 1 session as a service, so I got 11 sessions in total, then went right in and had the procedure.
Unlike what I expected, the clinic was a factory-style place that moved everything along quickly, so it was just tap-tap-tap for about 20 seconds per side...? and then it was over. The procedure ended so much faster than I expected that I think the travel time and waiting time at the clinic took longer lol
The ladies at the counter were kind, but.. the lady who guided me toward the procedure room was unfriendly, and before I had even changed into a sleeveless top, she suddenly opened the curtain and didn’t even apologize, so I did get really annoyed.. But I thought, maybe it’s because they’re busy.. and just let it go.
But I’m very satisfied with the procedure!! I’ve already had up to my 2nd session and I’m going soon for my 3rd!! !>< Even though I’ve only had 2 sessions, the amount of hair has reduced a lot, and instead of curly hair.. slightly thinner-than-head-hair friends(?) are growing..!
My acquaintances are split between people who say it still keeps growing even after 10 sessions and people who say that after 5 sessions it doesn’t grow at all anymore, so how many sessions you need seems to be clinic by clinic and person by person. But at the clinic, they recommended more than 10 sessions if you want almost permanent hair removal!!
