Eye Re-Surgery

Is there anyone who had it redone at a place that messed up and ended up satisfied?

I had revision eye surgery 6 months ago, and now I need a third surgery because one eye has come undone, the ptosis correction on both eyes is uneven, the line on the eye that didn’t come undone is bumpy (but there’s no problem when my eyes are open), and so on.

A few days ago, I went to the clinic for an after-service consultation, and the doctor said they would only redo the eye that came undone, not anything else (saying they weren’t confident it would turn out well if they touched it again).

Honestly, I was so angry and felt it was unfair... Before the surgery, they clearly said there was absolutely no chance my eyes would come undone, and that what they were best at was ptosis correction. But in the end, this is what happened...

But the truth is, I’m not financially comfortable right now. Since this would even be a third surgery, I feel like the cost won’t be small either... Because of that, even though there was friction with the doctor during the revision eye surgery consultation, I keep wondering if I should just receive the after-service treatment...

I’m satisfied with the shape itself when my eyes are open. To the point where, even if I get surgery somewhere else, I’d want to tell them to keep the eye shape the same. But I’m worried because of the issues I mentioned earlier (coming undone, asymmetry, bumpiness) and the clinic’s response.

In this kind of case, what do you think about getting after-service treatment at the original clinic...? People always say not to get revision surgery at a place that already messed up, and my trust in the doctor has dropped too, so I’m scared to go back, but because of money
