I originally had slightly high intraocular pressure, so I was worried whether I could get it But after doing all kinds of tests for 2 hours, they said it was possible, so I went ahead with SMILE.
The surgery time was just... 40 seconds? Even that was delayed to 40 seconds because I rolled my eyeball during the surgery, so people who do well could probably be done in 30 seconds..
The director who did my surgery had also gotten SMILE at that hospital, so that made me trust them more. They said I shouldn’t sleep after the surgery, but I was just in pain, so I slept.. The next day, it was really sunny and I went outside and looked straight toward the sunlight, and my eyes hurt, so I was worried, but my vision is still holding well at 1.5.
