I got double eyelid surgery, rhinoplasty, and fat grafting together, and it’s almost been a month now. I feel like I can breathe a little now In the early days after surgery, I wondered if I shouldn’t have done them together, and I was so worried about whether this swelling would go down and whether the bruising would fade. But after a few weeks, the swelling gradually went down and things got better. Seeing everything settle into place made me feel proud... I also worked pretty hard on swelling care and went in for post-op care at the clinic whenever I could! I had it done at DA, and I had debated about fat grafting too, but I think it was good that I did it together. For the nose, I think it only became more bearable after removing the cotton packing and taking off the splint. It was also hard because I was just staying at home. Now I think I just need to focus on reducing the remaining minor swelling
