They are kind, but there is a somewhat mechanical feel. They are so busy that you need to prepare your full list of questions before going. There is no pressure to pay a surgery deposit, but the things they inform you of before surgery were insufficient, so after surgery I had to look up a lot myself. The cost is as listed for the event.
