Got an injection to reduce lower abdominal fat! It didn't hurt, but they inserted a thick needle and injected the solution. After the procedure, I wanted to use the bathroom often, and at first the solution made my stomach feel cold I barely saw any effect, so personally I don't recommend fat-dissolving injections.. For the record, I got it without steroids!
