I went for a consultation for a hump-nose surgery plus functional nose surgery, and I liked that they said they would help as much as possible so that insurance coverage could be applied. The manager was a bit unfriendly, maybe because she wasn’t feeling well, but the director was so kind and explained everything while holding and shaping my nose step by step. It was very different from the consultations at other hospitals, which were over in 5 or 3 minutes.
