Maybe because I went on a weekday afternoon? There was no one there except me.. But the director was in surgery, so I waited about 10-20 minutes The consultation went in the order of consultant - director - consultant The consultant was kind, but it felt somewhat like scripted kindness (not in a negative way). The director was kind too! But both of them felt like they moved through the consultation very quickly. The director's consultation was only about 5 minutes? I think. I had prepared tons of questions, but before I could even ask them all, it felt like, "Then now we'll move on to -~" There were no waiting clients compared with other places, so why... I wondered. During the consultation, they showed me lots of review photos, and there were many eyes that had become dramatically bigger, so I was a bit drawn to it! The line they designed for me was also okay I liked that when explaining the price, at the end they personally wrote everything down on a business card!
