They weren’t blunt, but it felt like they gave an honest and realistic consultation. Also, they seem to prioritize safety, and if something seemed to carry even a little risk, they drew a firm line. At the same time, I liked that they suggested and discussed several plans so they could match the areas I wanted as much as possible, so the consultation was good. I could feel that the director prefers a natural shape, and if someone is aiming for a natural cosmetic nose like me, I think it’s a place they’d be satisfied with. However, the price is slightly expensive for a first surgery, so I’m deliberating about it.
