It was expensive because it is a clinic that even does functional nose surgery and uses rib cartilage. It seemed like the doctor had a distinctive line of their own. Since I also have a slightly retruded chin, they recommended a chin implant too. The consultant's response was fine, and overall it was okay. I was hesitant about functional nose surgery, so I did not do it here.
