It has been a while, and I didn't realize it at the time of surgery, but a few years after having it done, I wasn't satisfied, so I had another canthoplasty elsewhere. Thinking back after that, I think the results here were the safest and the ones I liked the most. It seemed to shrink and look smaller compared with immediately after, so I had it opened excessively, but now it's a mess I don't know about other procedures, but the lateral canthoplasty seems decent.
