I was satisfied at the time. As I got older, my face gradually started losing fat. I started thinking I needed a revision surgery.
Now, 10 years later. I had full-face facial fat grafting at the same hospital. The reason I chose the same hospital is because I had tried it there 10 years ago!
Actually, 10 years ago I only had under-eye fat grafting, and it was done under local anesthesia. They harvested from my left thigh, and back then it really hurt, and the harvest site ached for several years.
This time, I had full-face facial fat grafting plus fat grafting to the upper eyelids, which are a special area. Maybe their skills improved over the 10 years (?) but this time, after harvesting, the area did not hurt at all after a few weeks. (Sedation anesthesia)
For reference, I naturally swell easily and bruise extremely easily. Sure enough, I bruised a lot. The consultant said 1 to 2 out of 10 people bruise easily, and I think that was me. Anyway... please look at the photos.
The director really pursues a natural look. That matched what I was aiming for.
After the 1st round, I was disappointed because the hollow on my right cheek went down quickly. For the 2nd round, I told the director I wanted that area filled, but the director did not particularly recommend it. But I felt I had to do it, and they respected my opinion and added it. I am extremely satisfied. I regret not adding more to the nasolabial folds too... Oh, for reference, during the 1st round, the injection needle went in wrong next to my left eye and left a scratch.... After the procedure, the director personally told me that the injection had gone in wrong and caused a wound. If they had pretended not to know, I think my trust would have been broken, but I was grateful they told me. However, they did not take any measures... It has been over 2 months, but the wound is still red. When I had the 2nd round, I asked whether this wound would go away, and they did say that since it is still a red mark, it is in the process of healing. It is a disappointing point, but... I am still satisfied with how natural the fat grafting looks.
My forehead was originally on the round side, but the disappointing part was that only the bone above my eyebrows tended to stand out. After filling that area nicely, my forehead became prettier, so I am satisfied.
For the upper eyelids, I think it would have been nice if they had added just a little more, but I decided to be satisfied at this point. I guess I will need to do it again 10 years later.
