I got my first rhinoplasty from Director Kim Gwi-rak. They used autologous cartilage, removed the hump, and raised the nasal tip, and I’m very satisfied. My nose was originally a bit high, so I didn’t put in silicone, and I think it was a very good decision not to. If I had put it in, I think I would have worried about it and it would have looked artificial.
