I went for a consultation because I was concerned about my retruded chin. The consultation went in the order of consultation manager - doctor - consultation manager, and the consultation fee is free. They take a CT scan and explain things in detail based on that, and the doctor gives you a solution for what kind of surgery would look best on my face according to their aesthetic sense. It seemed professional and good.
