I had forehead fat grafting when I was 20. The director said the fat from the outer thigh has good elasticity, so I used outer-thigh fat. (I regret it the most) Before the surgery, they did not say a single word about side effects or the 'necessary' precautions after fat grafting surgery, and I think that part was disappointing in the consultation. To explain my condition now, 10 years later: only about 10-15% of the fat placed in my forehead has taken, and the rest has disappeared. I had a habit of frowning, and because I wasn’t given any explanation after the forehead fat grafting, I carelessly kept frowning, and the fat in the frowning area shifted to the sides and only that part is sunken. (Even when I’m not frowning, it looks like I am.) After the surgery I gained a little weight, but because fat didn’t reattach to the area where the outer-thigh fat was removed, fat started accumulating on the inner thighs instead. I was naturally slim, and since there was no fat on the outer thighs and only on the inner thighs, my body balance got ruined. People say if you gain something, you lose something, and I feel like I got a half-finished forehead while losing the body shape that used to be pretty. I want to go back to before the forehead procedure.
