I went for a consultation, and even though I had made a reservation, it took some time, but I thought it could be because it was a consultation with the director. During the consultation, he told me what the current condition of my eyes was and explained the surgical method. But the eyes I wanted and the direction the director was pursuing were quite different... After finishing the director’s consultation, I waited 20 minutes and had a consultation with the manager.
