I'm writing a review around 2 months after my before-before-after-after rhinoplasty My original nose was a bulbous nose that was overall on the quite severe(?) side When I saw pretty bulbous noses, I was even jealous of that... The nose takes up a lot of proportion on the face, and since it sat so big right in the center... I really couldn't not do this... I naturally thought I would have to use an implant, but Director Park Sung-woo said my nasal bridge was on the higher side as it was, and that even without silicone, shaping just the nasal tip and columella would change my image a lot, so after looking up the director's surgery reviews, I also had bulbous nose correction without an implant at Avec Plastic Surgery!! I went to other places too, and autologous costal cartilage was recommended a lot, so if costal cartilage really was the only option, I was going to put it off for now and think about it again later when I had more time but they said they would shape it as prettily as possible using septal cartilage and ear cartilage, so I went ahead with an early date I didn't like an overly slim, obvious-looking style, and I thought it would be a success if only half of it improved, but the shape came out better than expected, so I'm really proud and satisfied And it suits my face nicely for once, so I also like that it feels like my own nose ^^
This review is a surgery review pursuing a natural-but-polished look.
