I had been stressed for a long time because of my nostrils that looked like I was straining them and my drooping nostril wings. After thinking about it for a long time, I decided to have surgery and underwent alar reduction and nostril wing lifting. There isn’t a dramatic change, but when I compare it with the before photos, I can definitely see the difference^^ But no one around me notices.. Still, I’m satisfied. I never wanted an obvious change in the first place, and the stress from the complex I’d had for a long time is gone
