The manager does not push extra procedures on you. If you write down what you want, they check only that and hand it off to the director. They are very kind.. They brought in another staff member who had actually undergone surgery to show me the scars and the progress.. The director was busy so I could not have a long consultation, but during the consultation more procedures kept getting added. Still, it was only the parts that seemed worth doing, so it did not really feel forced.. They were kind.
