Both the front desk and consultation staff spoke in a way that felt rude, to the point that it put me in a bad mood. It was a contrast to the friendly Nampo branch. Since it was a large mole, it cost 10,000 won, and I also had a brief acne consultation. But even though it was a good procedure, I felt like they kept recommending an expensive procedure to me, so I didn’t feel good about it.
