It has been 1 year since surgery. Satisfied. At first, I went because of my cheekbones, but they said my facial length was more of a problem, so I had two procedures: genioplasty and square jaw reduction. Once my facial length was reduced, my cheekbones did not bother me much either, and it looks pretty. The only slightly disappointing thing is that my salivary glands are a bit visible, and my chin has sagged just a very tiny bit, so when my face swells, I look like I gained weight.
