I had surgery on 10/2 and got my splint and stitches removed today!! My nose was originally very low and small, so I wasn't expecting a dramatic change from the start, and I really wanted it to look natural. And when I saw my nose in person today, it looked so natural that I almost cried... I think it will look even more natural as the swelling keeps going down!! The doctor who did the surgery also said it turned out well and seemed proud. On the day of surgery, I said that even if I were born again and my nose was still in this state, I would absolutely never ever get surgery, but I think I would It might be too early to feel this satisfied, but... After surgery I was going to use a cold compress to reduce swelling, but the hospital told me not to, so I didn't! I just drank a lot of water, took pumpkin juice, and took my morning, lunch, and evening medicines diligently, and the swelling went down so quickly that even the nurse complimented me. I think applying the ophthalmic ointment properly also helps prevent nasal crusts and makes stitch removal much easier later! I'm too embarrassed to upload photos.. Anyway, I'm satisfied!!
