Before/after The reason I decided on two-jaw surgery was that my jaw was rotated, my bite was abnormal, and my underbite was severe, so I had thought for a long time that I wanted to do it. But there were many concerns such as the cost and recovery time, so I kept putting it off. I felt like if I kept delaying it, I would never be able to do it, so after much thought I decided on two-jaw surgery! I heard that two-jaw surgery should be done at an oral and maxillofacial surgery clinic, so while looking for a place specializing in facial bones and reading reviews, I chose the oral and maxillofacial clinic because it had many facial lines that suited me. On day 1 after two-jaw surgery, I remember enduring it while thinking, please, time, just pass...
And on day 3, I was swollen to the maximum, to the point where I wondered, can this really happen? I think I spent each day hoping the swelling would go down! By week 1, the swelling slowly started to go down, and although I could not shave my beard and washing by roughly letting water run over me was a bit uncomfortable, overall I could feel that my condition had improved a lot!
At weeks 2-3 after two-jaw surgery, I had the stitches removed and switched to attaching and removing the wafer, so I was so happy that I could finally put something in my mouth After that, time passed quickly, and I think it became a battle with residual swelling from the two-jaw surgery. Now I can feel myself chewing food, so it feels much more comfortable, and my sensation is still recovering, so I am still being very careful! There is no problem at all in daily life, and friends I saw after a long time say my face has gotten smaller! As time passes and my facial contour line changes, I feel good. I am curious how my face will change even more in a few months. I will come back to write another review when I have time.
