I went for a consultation to hear a realistic assessment and blunt facts, but they weren’t as unfriendly as I expected. For me, they explained things in detail, so I actually liked that. But rather than seeming like they were trying to listen carefully to my story, it felt like they were consulting with me with a mindset kind of like, / I can tell exactly what kind of case you are just by looking at you. I know what you’re trying to say./ I also had a lot of concerns about the height, but it seemed like they said not to worry about that and that they would take care of it and make it suit me. They did seem to have expertise.
