There were as many people as you would expect for the size of the clinic, but compared with that, I did not wait that long. The consultant was not excessively friendly, but she explained everything I might be curious about in advance, so there was hardly anything major I needed to ask separately. The director explained things calmly and very kindly, asked me to show reference photos first, and carefully tried the line several times. I was very satisfied.
