I was worried about my crooked teeth, so I got orthodontic treatment~ I planned for 2 years, and I think it took about 2 years. My teeth settled nicely and straight, but since I haven’t been wearing my retainer properly, they’re starting to spread apart a little.. I need to wear it diligently, but if I had known I’d have to use a retainer like this for life, I would have thought about it more Still, I’m happy because my teeth were corrected well
