The first clinic I went to for a rhinoplasty consultation I went because a friend recommended it, and the director was very kind and spoke gently. I was concerned about my small, low nose, but he said that if my nose were high, it probably would not suit my face, and that my current nose was also fine, so it made me reconsider surgery. He was very honest and did not pressure me at all, so I trusted him.
