I said I would leave 10 of the nose filler for later, get it done first, look at the design, and then put in the remaining 10, but at the time I did it together with eye surgery, so I couldn't get the remaining 10. Maybe because of that, the nasal ala is just round by itself, and the bridge of the nose continues even in the slightly sunken area.... It hasn't spread much to the sides or anything, but the design isn't really ....
