Forehead Lift

3 weeks ago, my mom had an Endotine endoscopic forehead lift at a large hospitalㅜ Right now, only her forehead wrinkles and nasal bridge wrinkles have smoothed out a little, and there has been no effect at all on her eyebrow position, eye drooping, or glabellar wrinkles. Her forehead just ended up looking wider for no reasonㅜ The bigger problem is that she has headaches that are uncomfortable enough that she needs medication, and although her eyebrow position is the same, only the outer ends went up, so her eyebrows now look like an angry person’s. Also, because of a feeling like something is pressing down above her left eye, she says it is extremely uncomfortable to open her eyeㅜ When we went to have the stitches removed, that hospital only said it was because of swelling and told us to come back for a follow-up in a month... I thought a forehead lift was a surgery where you see the effect immediately upon having the surgery, but even if the swelling goes down, will the eyebrows and upper eyelids lift? They say, “How could it be pressing down when we pulled it upward? It’s a sensation caused by swelling...” But now, at 3 weeks, the major swelling has all gone down. Even if she has revision surgery, we absolutely will not do it at that hospital. They are so irresponsibleㅜ They said, “If you still don’t like the shape of the eyes after a month, then get your eyes pinched~” But if we were going to do that, we would have had the eyes pinched instead of doing a liftㅜ The space between her eyes and eyebrows is narrow, so she couldn’t do that, and that’s why we had the lift doneㅜㅜ I only found out about the corrugator muscle after searching everywhere following the failed surgery, and I don’t think my mom’s corrugator muscle was resected. It feels like only the ends of her eyebrows were lifted by force. Since the muscle wasn’t lifted, the eye drooping is still the same... I’m posting because I want to look for a hospital for revision surgery....ㅜ
