4 months ago, I had nostril reduction and cartilage tying at a famous plastic surgery clinic in Gangnam. My nostrils were reduced way too much, and because of the cartilage tying, my nasal tip became blunt. It's just a total mess.. I was told nostril reduction can't be restored, so I'm looking into removing the cartilage tying. Please, I hope you all approach plastic surgery carefully..
