I had incisional surgery to lower the line, then went back because it had turned thick and sausage-like. The consultation style was to speak informally, but it felt friendly, so well... I don't really mind that kind of thing, so this will probably be a matter of personal preference. They seem to have done a good job lowering it. People who like a natural, thin line would probably like going there, and they even gave me scar injections three times or so. People with a sausage-like look could probably go there too.
