My nose surgery went badly, so I looked for places famous for implant removal and went for a consultation. During the consultation, they didn't show me any photos, so I couldn't predict the result. They said that if I had surgery, everything would get better than I was worried about, which actually made me not trust them. Other hospitals said clearly that what couldn't be done couldn't be done... The consultation ended embarrassingly early. It seems this is just the director's usual style.
