<Surgical nose><Removal nose><Original nose>Hello~~!!
It’s been about 8 months since I had it removed.
This was my 3rd surgery 1. I wanted it so badly when I was 20, so I did it 2. A year later, the nasal tip dropped a lot and it didn’t show much, so I got an AS revision at the same clinic (1 and 2 were at the same clinic) 3. A year later, the visibility was severe and I found out mesh had been used, so I had it removed (different clinic)
((I’m still young, but I had 3 surgeries in about 3 years….. I’m so upset I really don’t want to do it, and if someone around me said they were going to, I’d want to stop them at all costs))
1. Anxiety about mesh + severe cartilage visibility -> decided on surgery (felt heavy and throbbed)
2. Mesh removal + removal of the visible cartilage
-> Took cartilage from my left ear and had revision surgery with something like a plate graft?
3. It feels lighter and I feel relieved, so I’m satisfied
4. The disappointing part is that the visibility had been very severe and my skin had also become thin
5. It shows through less than before, but it shows white and I can feel it when I touch it
6. I asked about it, and they said because it’s ear cartilage, it won’t break through.
7. They can make an incision only on the inside of the left side of the nose and trim it (free)
8. But this was my 3rd surgery, and if I do it again it’ll be my 4th
9. Surgery is so scary Will it stop showing if they trim it? What if trimming leaves a dent? Can I live like this until I’m a grandmother, with thinned skin and the protruding, visible ear cartilage? Those are my thoughts..
What do you all think? Trim it vs leave it as is I really don’t want to get back on the operating table, but I wonder if I can live like this until I’m a grandmother and whether it’ll be okay…. I’ll be waiting for everyone’s opinionsㅠㅠ
