I had hump nose rhinoplasty in August 2020. But my nostrils became asymmetrical, so when I asked the hospital about it, they said we should do a revision surgery, so I had alar lowering surgery. But even now, when I take photos, they still look uneven. I guess it can't be improved 100%ㅠㅜㅠ Everyone, before surgery, please be sure to ask the doctor whether your nostrils could become uneven!
