Releasing and restoring incisional ptosis correction

Please advise on removing and restoring double eyelids after incisional ptosis correction. I first had non-incisional surgery, then a partial incision on one side only, and finally full-incision ptosis correction. It has been about 1 year and 6 months since the last surgery. My impression became too intense after surgery, and eventually the double eyelids also loosened. But the loosened eyes actually suit my face better, so I do not want to create double eyelids again.

The problem is that multiple overlapping creases form when I look straight ahead. Because of this, it is uncomfortable even to open my eyes naturally or look directly at people. What I want is not to create double eyelids again, but to release the existing adhesions and organize the overlapping creases while preserving my current natural eye shape as much as possible. I would prefer eyes close to monolids, but since I have had several surgeries, it may not be easy.

I’m looking into double-eyelid removal, adhesion release, and restoration surgery, but I lack information and it is very difficult to find a clinic or doctor. Even when I go for revision consultations, most recommend creating a new in-out fold. In a case like this, should I simply visit many clinics and do extensive research? If anyone has had a similar experience or knows a clinic skilled at improving existing adhesions and overlapping creases, I would appreciate your advice.

I don’t simply want to become prettier. I want to live comfortably looking directly at people with natural-looking eyes that suit my face. I’m truly desperate. Please help.
