I tend to be quite satisfied with my appearance, but the one thing I felt was lacking was my nostril width. When editing selfies, even if I didn't touch anything else, I would always reduce only my nostrils.

The surgery took about 40 minutes, and as rumored, the anesthesia injection was really painful… After anesthesia, it was a strange state where I could feel sensation but had no pain. Still, it didn't hurt at all, so it was bearable.
Immediately after surgery, honestly I was a little scared. The swelling in both nostrils was different, so from the front it looked pinched, and I was very, very worried
If you compare the photo from the first day of surgery with now, you'll know, but the swelling definitely goes down! It just needs time.
I had surgery on Monday evening and went straight to work on Wednesday. A friend I met after stitch removal didn't even know I had surgery. This is not meant negatively, but because it was really natural!!
