Double eyelid surgery review

Before <Before surgery> After <After surgery> <Incision scar> I originally had double eyelids, but my eyes were severely asymmetrical, and I had surgery because of under-eye fat and a wide glabella. I ended up having incision double eyelid surgery, epicanthoplasty, under-eye fat repositioning, and ptosis correction. It’s been about 4 years since the surgery now. What I was most satisfied with right after surgery and still am now is the under-eye fat repositioning. My eyes used to look tired because even makeup couldn’t cover the shadow under the lower eyelid area, but since the surgery it still hasn’t gone back to how it was, and my under-eye area is clean, so I really like it. For the epicanthoplasty, I was worried it might look unnatural, so I asked them to do only a little. But after seeing the surgical result, I kind of regretted not doing more and even thought about a retouch, but people around me said it looks natural and pretty, so I’m just living with it. As for the incision marks, when I close my eyes, the incised area looks lighter than the pigmented eyelid color, so it does show, but personally it didn’t bother me. For the ptosis correction, right after surgery I really liked the feeling of opening my eyes wide, something I had never felt in my life, but as I’ve gotten older, probably because I got into the habit of not opening my eyes with force due to my preexisting dry eyes and glare symptoms, my eyes feel smaller than they did right after surgery. What I think was a bit of a mistake was getting double eyelid surgery after LASIK. When my right double eyelid had multiple folds, the intraocular pressure seemed to be different; after surgery, as the double eyelid became one fold, maybe the intraocular pressure lowered, and only my right eye’s vision got worse.
