I had a 3 mm silicone bridge and tip work with ear cartilage and septal cartilage done 2 years ago. The silicone was removed recently at another hospital. I went through a lot of emotional stress. After it was removed, I feel much better now, and I like the tip. But... they had shaved down the hump so flat that the edge shows like a pimple depending on the angle. Seeing that made me very angry. I don’t know if they never considered removing the silicone. The doctor’s style is: 1. He doesn’t state his own opinion. Later, after surgery, he only says he did everything the way you asked. He doesn’t offer solutions. 2. For any part not discussed in advance, he does it by the textbook without considering the patient’s original face. We never discussed the silicone starting point, but he set it high. He said it was based on the eyes being open. Thanks to that, for two years I lived with a nose that looked like Lee Kwang-soo’s, long and a little unnatural. At least it’s been removed; if I could turn back time, I wouldn’t get surgery here~
