The director spoke very honestly, safely, and clearly. I have a large bulbous nose, and they told me there wouldn’t be much improvement. I liked that they honestly said only what they could do. I recommend adding it to your consultation list. The consultant was also fine and generally okay. When I said the director told me there wouldn’t be much surgical change, they gave me a discount
